The Kepplewray Centre relies on donations from supporters in order to
carry out its pioneering work as a fully inclusive outdoor activity centre. Guest
income is insufficient to pay all our costs especially during our first few years of
operation when we are often having to buy additional equipment.
In the last year we have welcomed nearly three
thousand people on programmes. Many of those that come include
disabled people within their
family or group. We have been amazed at the way
young people from special schools and non-disabled schools have mixed so well together
sharing their skill and abilities.
All of this costs money and we are always looking for new avenues of support!
Why not try your very own Kepplewray DIY project? The
finished result is shown below and enables us to help a disabled child
stay at Kepplewray for a holiday.
Download this PDF file (Requires Adobe Reader) which gives full instructions for turning an ordinary wine bottle into this outstanding 5p coin collecting bottle. A full bottle contains £50! (A colour printer for the label is desirable, though not essential) Alternatively email us and we will post you a label.
Consider leaving
a bequest to Kepplewray in your will.
