Conferences, venue hire and special events at Kepplewray

Kepplewray is excellently suited for one-day conferences for up to 50 adults.

It is ideal, too, for residential conferences of up to 30 adults depending on accommodation requirements.

Many of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and most are suitable for those with disabilities.

There is an excellent standard of accommodation and catering, and Kepplewray prides itself in providing the flexibility to match the requirements of any group.

Lounges and seminar rooms with white boards, flip charts, data projectors, photocopy, fax and web and internet facilities are all available.

A huge range of activities are available in and around Kepplewray in the beautiful Lake District National park.

We can do most of the organising and planning for you, if you wish.

Certain weeks are set aside for those who want a peaceful retreat from the normal pace of life. Call us for further details.

Special Dinners/Lunches. Are you looking for somewhere to have a group celebration, wedding reception, birthday or Christmas Meal – look no further. Kepplewray is an ideal location for that special meal – a homely atmosphere and accessible to all. We offer good home-cooked food and options to suit a range of tastes and our Residential Services Manager will be happy to talk to you about your menu requirements. Any dietary requirements are catered for. A menu will be sent to you and advance notification of meals is requested. The cost of these special meals will be given on an individual basis. Kepplewray is not licensed to sell alcohol but you may bring it with you. Should you want overnight accommodation after the meal (no driving!) rooms may be available, please enquire when you book.
