There are currently seven trustees responsible for encouraging the distinctive ethos of the charity. They are responsible for the administration of the objects of the trust, having overall control and holding the final legal, financial and management responsibility of the charity. They meet at least quarterly.

Rev. John Libby (Chair of Trustees). One of the founding members, John is Vicar of St James Church, Carlisle, Rural Dean and a former Merchant Banker. John is also a Director of Kepplewray Ltd.
	Marian Browne (left) is a speech and language therapist and mother of three children. Rev. Julia Powley (right) is Curate of Holy Trinity and St Barnabus, Carlisle. She is Honorary Treasurer and also Company Secretary of Kepplewray Ltd.
Geoff Gedling is a retired teacher, canoeist and youth leader. He is currently a training manager working with mentally impaired people.
	Rev. Paul Greene works for a County Council as a Safeguarding Adults and Direct Payments Manager. He is also an Associate Vicar of Emmanuel Church, Northwood.
Giles Denham is a Director in the Civil Service
	Christine Taylor is a Fellow and Development Director at Merton College Oxford

Kepplewray Limited is wholly owned by the Trust. There are currently four directors of the company responsible for its administration and overall control of the legal, financial and management liability. They meet at least quarterly.

Rob Burch (Chair of Directors) is a Product Manager for a banking software company.

Charlie Brown - Chair of Cambridge Venture Management.

Rev John Libby - Vicar, Rural Dean and former merchant banker Julia Powley (Company Secretary) - Church Lay Minister and Chartered Accountant

David Feltham - Buildings Development Advisor.

Rob Bianchi - Outdoor Adventure Development Ministries.
