Prices are for full board accommodation per night per person regardless of age.
Activities
£12.00
Prices are for either a full or half day, per person regardless of age.
Accessible transport is provided for activity sessions and is included in the price.
All activities listed in the brochure can be done in the winter but will be weather dependent.

If you require sole use of the centre the minimum sole use price will be

Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £10 per
person is required to confirm your provisional booking.
Please try to be as accurate as possible but we do realise numbers may
alter.
Cancellation charges are based on the number given on your booking form. If your group size is not known cancellation charges will be based on the minimum charge for sole use, per night.
If you cancel within 6 months 25% of the payment is due
If you cancel within 3 months 50% of the payment is due
If you cancel within 2 months 75% of the payment is due
If you cancel within 1 month then the full payment is due
If your group size decreases after receipt of your invoice then cancellation charges per person will be:
Within 3 weeks of your stay 50% per person cancelled
Within 2 weeks of your stay 75% per person cancelled
Within 1 week of your stay full charge per person cancelled
Kepplewray reserves the right to change these prices at any time.

year we run a variety of Special Courses and Family
Holidays. These are priced separately and a special booking form may be
required. They will be
advertised separately and on this web site.

deliver Disability Awareness Training, Management Training and Access
