CANOEING

Open Canoes are very versatile and can be used for exploring our local rivers and lakes whilst playing games and learning new skills.  They can be paddled on their own or joined to another boat to make a stable craft, excellent for those who want little risk of tipping over.  You can even rig a sail to propel you across the water.

Canoeing is a relatively low impact activity which can improve health and fitness.  Not only is it great fun, it can also be undertaken by people of any age and any ability.  Led by our experienced instructors, everyone can appreciate the delights of being afloat on Coniston Water.

Discover@Kepplewray is a trading style of The Kepplewray Trust.  We are a Christian-based charity, helping people to discover Adventure and Life at our accessible residential activity centre in the beauty of the Lake District National Park.
